I bought a module for «synchronize» BugBuy’s catalog!
This is only useful for import the catalog from bigbuy (you can find it for free in .CVS file). I had a lot of products that was available in my shop but not from BigBuy!!!
I contacted the seller who explains me this module actualize every 8 hours!!
THE MODULE DOES NOT SYCHRONISE YOUR SHOP!!!!!!!!
How you wanna do business with this module? How you wanna be serious in front of your clients if you plan to seller some best sellers but the stock is not updated during the day? THIS IS IMPOSSIBLE!
At this point, you can download the .CSV from BigBuy and update every hour or 2 hours, this is better than this module. There is an official module who synchronize it with order too.
If I write this comment it’s because I contacted the seller and he refuses any refund or compensation, he just told me «oh we have other module you can buy but we can do nothing». This is unbelievable and not serious or pro at all. This seller has to propose it as this is the European Law but he does not agree to take his responsibility. If I have an advice to give, run far away from this website!
